Terms of sale (CGV)
1. Seller

2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of digital courses (e-learning, one-to-one video lessons, group sessions for schools and companies) offered on www.projetbim.com, as well as related support services. The online tools (IFC viewer, BIM analysis, DXF viewer, PDF reader, video meeting) are provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of results.
3. Prices and payment
Courses are sold in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made in one instalment via PayPal, through the payment buttons on the course pages. The order is firm once payment is validated.
4. Access to courses
Access to the learning space opens once payment is confirmed, using the e-mail address provided at checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable: credentials must not be shared. For video lessons or group sessions, scheduling is agreed directly with the learner or the purchasing organisation.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once the digital content has started with the consumer's prior express consent, who acknowledged losing that right. As long as the content has not been started, the customer may withdraw by writing to palladioncontact@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual property
All course content (texts, diagrams, tables, exercises, answer keys, materials) is the exclusive property of PALLADION. Any reproduction, distribution or resale, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Access to a course grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use.
7. Liability
PALLADION is committed to providing up-to-date, professional-quality content. However, the learner remains solely responsible for how they apply the teaching. PALLADION cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the courses or the free tools.
8. Personal data
Collected data (e-mail address, progress, analysis reports) is used solely to manage the customer space and courses, in line with our Privacy page. You have a right of access, rectification and deletion by writing to palladioncontact@gmail.com.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the consumer may refer free of charge to the competent consumer mediator, and the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. The French version of these terms prevails.
